In this assignment, I have been assigned to draw a room selected. Hence, I have chosen to draw my hostel dorm room. The objective of this assignment is to enhance our skill in drawing floor plans, including the plans, elevations, sections & detailed ones.

The first thing that I have done after being assigned this work, I took pictures of the room immediately.
I started getting all the measurements after acquiring approvals by my lecturer-tutor, Mr Akmal. Then, it's where the fun part begins, the drawings.
I started off with the plan view which is the one that I liked the most.
After that, I drew out the 2 internal elevations which faces different directions.
The one that kind of struggles me a bit is the section view as I have never drawn anything like that before. Mr Akmal has taught me to imagine that as if I have cut the room in half. However, after some practices later, I have managed to complete it with ease.

In conclusion, I have also learnt a lot of things from this assignment especially on the details when drawing the floor plans, which will be very important in the future if I successfully pursue in architecture career. Same as Assignment 1, I don't think that I have been stressed out by this Assignment 2. Overall, I had fun while learning.

I was able to think critically on how to solve the problems that I have faced during the assignment like how to draw out all the details that are required in the plans
I was able to learn on how to draw these plans in details which I don't have this type of opportunity during my secondary school period
I was able to manage my time quite well as I was able to complete all 4 drawings several days before the submission day. I wasn't facing much difficulties or problems as I was according to my own schedule
